Indy Softball Field Renovations

The Independence Softball teams are in desperate need of field rennovations! We are a successful high school program that offers athletic opportunities in sport at both the JV and Varsity levels. By helping us raise the money we need to fund our project, we are going to put in a brand new backstop! Ours is currently old and out of date, so we plan on tearing the chain-link fence down to lay brick across the bottom and attach poles and a soft-net across the back. We have already cut costs wherever we can with donations of materials and labor, so now it's time to configure the rest of the costs through the help of the community!

Ideally, we are looking for the funds before the start of the season. If we can get to our goal by January 31st, we could have our new backstop in place before the start of the season at the end of February! This project would improve the looks of our field, appealing to an increase in supporters at games, and a nicer image to pass while driving along Wilson-Grove Road! Additionally, field improvements will allow us to raise our standards to meet those set by the surrounding area schools and rivalries! Our program thrives on success as athletes and students, with the ideals that hardwork and dedication can help you achieve anything you set your mind to!

Any amount donated will be more than appreciated and thanked immensely for upon being received and once the project is complete!
