I am filing a Constitutional Challenge to oppose the Federal Government’s ‘Free Trade and Labour Mobility in Canada Act’ and Ontario’s ‘Protect Ontario by Unleashing our Economy Act’ as well as Ontario’s proposed amendments to the Provincial Parks and Conservation Act where these acts will impede on our charter protected rights and Nation to Nation Relationship.
Our Initiative is to file a Constitutional Challenge and organize an event to create awareness on this campaign.
I am seeking to raise $2000 for this initiative, which will go to fee’s to file our constitutional question in Federal Court and our travel to and from Toronto to do so and to organize an awareness event.
We are confident our constitutional challenge will be successful as it uses laws and a unique position not ever entered in the courts. We are seeking the administration of justice through the common law where our inherent rights exist and where Canada is both a common law and civil jurisdiction.
We acknowledge the Indian Act Chiefs have filed a constitutional challenge in this matter however they are limited as they are entities created under the Indian Act and can only speak in courts within civil jurisdiction. We have included our constitutional question for you interest and is attached as a PDF file. Here is the link.

I have been involved in direct actions where I used such arguments within our constitutional challenge on various occasions in which the crown withdrew its position in challenging our rights as i have included Canada own legal history that invalidates the Provinces and Canada's jurisdiction over our lands and people and its very legitimacy as a legal and lawful Governments. They do not want to open this Pandora's Box.
Canada has an outstanding Constitutional Crisis it needs to tend to before it engages in anymore projects and agreements that involve Indigenous Lands and our Rights.
The Goals of the Federal and Ontario Government is to create Special Economic Zones to resource extraction projects. Many of our Nations still have outstanding historic grievances the involve un-surrendered Indigenous lands. The Chippewa Tri Council our communities have at least 1.3 million acres that has yet to be settled.
The Province of Ontario is also attempting to sell Wasaga Provincial Park to the Town of Wasaga Beach where we have a vested interest. Our intent with our constitutional challenge is to seek remedy by getting the act repealed and put on hold until matters of our lands are dealt with appropriately with our leadership.
