Hi I’m Freddie, in 2027 a small group of people from my school (The kings academy Kidsgrove) are going to India to do some conservation work. This conservation includes both animals and people. We will aim to help all from the poverty-stricken slums of dharavi, all the way to the beautiful views of ranthambore national park. This is a 12 day trip going to places such as Mumbai, Jaipur, New Delhi and many more stunning places within the Indian sub- continent! This is a once in a lifetime experience and potentially one of the last times to see animals in their natural habitat, as their environment is being destroyed day by day due to deforestation, pollution and many other awful human-influenced/led acts.
I am also running fundraisers with school to raise additional funds.
if anyone has tips, ideas or something that worked well whilst fundraising for yourself or others around you that would be very helpful. If you do please contact me.
Thank you to Flooglebinder for running this experience and my school for supporting it.
Any donations towards my £2500 goal is much appreciated and will certainly not be overlooked.
