On Monday February 26, 2018, my father, Wilbert "Chuckie" Rabb transitioned from this life to be with the Lord. 

Even the best laid plans may not always be God's plan, but my father was such a loving person that many are asking how they can help. I am taking donations to assist with the cost of my father's final expenses in order to show him how much he was loved.
