Steven Walker was 39, a dad to 20 month old Beau and one week old baby Reign, husband to Tiello, son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend to many. He was the most compassionate, endearing, hilarious and lovely human, and this past December 2022 went to the doctor after feeling unwell later to be told he had stage 4 colon cancer. He was admitted to Trail hospital on Christmas Eve, and sent to Kelowna General Hospital on January 11th. On Friday, January 13th we received the heart shattering news that there was nothing further they could do, and by Sunday overnight, he made his transition with his parents by his side. It is with intense grief and sadness that we set up this Go Fund Me to help provide a better future for his kids without their ever-loving dad. To give his beautiful and incredibly strong wife a helping hand with keeping up the house and yard work whilst parenting two babies. To aid and support them during the most tragic time we can imagine.

Steve was born and raised in Trail, BC, and lived with his family in Castlegar, BC. He also lived in Richmond and South Surrey during his time going to school at BCIT and working at the airport. He’s touched many lives and will be deeply missed ❤️
