Rosalva Carrillo passed away on February 8th, 2021.

Miss Rosie, as she was known by students and staff, served the Caleb Greenwood Elementary School community for more than seven years and our district for nearly twenty. She answered our phones and our questions, kept us stocked with paper and pencils, doled out band-aids and tooth necklaces, called us back in from fire drills with “all clear, all clear, all clear,” loved 80s music, mocha frappuccinos and the Dallas Cowboys and cared deeply for her family and ours. She will be missed.

The Caleb Greenwood Elementary PTSO has created a Go Fund Me in memory of Miss Rosie. All donations will be given to Miss Rosie's family on behalf the entire Caleb Greenwood community.
