Jaden was admitted to the hospital June 17, 2024 to await a heart transplant. In July we got the call that a perfect match was found. He received his new heart July 27, 2024.

After the transplant, Jaden got very sick. First, he caught rhinovirus (the common cold) and that caused him to need to get put on ECMO (a form of life support). Second after the transplant, it basically unmasked how ill his body and organs really were.

We had many ups and downs over the course of 15 months. Ultimately, Jaden just couldn’t recover.

Jaden passed way away 11/1/2025 at 3:53pm in the arms of his parents.
