In memory- Danny Granger- iPads to Addenbrooke’s
This is in loving memory of our beloved
friend, colleague, son and brother Fire
Fighter Danny Granger,
who tragically passed away recently
from COVID-19.
Danny received the best care and
compassion, all the amazing paramedics,
Doctors and nurses at Addenbrooke’s
ICU department.
Due to the current pandemic and visitingrestrictions families were unable to visit loved ones. The families relied on the
doctors and nurses FaceTiming, so they
could see and speak to them.
The hospital struggle to have enough
iPads to FaceTime everyone, nurses
were kindly using their own phones.
We would like to raise enough money to be able to donate several iPads to the
hospital, to help others see and speak to
loved ones. These would be engraved in memory of Danny and we know he
was always first to help others when
needed.
This is a way to give something back for
all the support, dedication and care
Danny received whilst in hospital
He would be very proud
RIP Danny, you were so loved by so many
