My name is Sharon, Ronnie Yousse’s cousin, and together with his sister, Britney Yousse, we’re organizing this fundraiser on behalf of our family to help cover funeral costs and give Ronnie the goodbye he deserves. All funds will go directly to Ronnie’s family and toward funeral expenses.
On February 13th, 2026, our family experienced the heartbreaking loss of Ronnie Yousse, only 17 years old. A beloved son, brother, cousin, and friend, Ronnie meant the world to those who loved him, and our hearts are shattered as we try to process this unimaginable loss.
Ronnie was deeply loved by his family and everyone who knew him. He loved playing the guitar, spending time with his dogs, playing video games on his computer, going thrifting, and hanging out with his friends. He was really smart in his own way, the kind of smart where he always seemed to know things and had something thoughtful to say.
As we grieve this sudden loss, we are trying to give Ronnie the chance for a proper goodbye — to see him, honor his life, and lay him to rest with the love and dignity he deserves. The unexpected funeral expenses have been difficult for our family, and any support or sharing of this page truly means more than words can express.
This loss reminds us how important it is to care for one another’s mental health and to check in on the people we love, especially young men who may feel pressure to stay strong, or loved ones who may seem fine but are silently struggling. If this encourages even one person to reach out or check on someone they care about, Ronnie’s memory will continue to make a difference.
Thank you for keeping Ronnie and our family in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.
With love,
The Family of Ronnie Yousse
