Hi my name is Angelica Garrido.

On July 8th, our beloved father, Joseph Garrido, passed away suddenly from a heart attack in Sleepy Hollow, NY. Our world has been shattered. He was not only the heart of our family but also our sole provider. His love, strength, and presence filled our home. He was the type of man who was able to touch the hearts of everyone he met. His love and knowledge for the NYY was immense, you could ask him anything about them and he would have an answer. His absence has left a void we ALL can’t put into words.

We are reaching out in this incredibly difficult time to ask for help. With his sudden passing, we are facing unexpected expenses—from funeral costs to everyday bills. Any support you can give will go toward helping our family get through this painful transition and begin to rebuild.

Our dad was the kind of person who always put others first. He worked hard every single day to give us a better life, and he did it all with love and without complaint. He is deeply missed and will always be remembered for the incredible man he was.
