Those who know Chelsea and Tyler know they've been in love from the start. These high school sweet hearts have been together since they were 16 years old, and have always looked forward to having a family. Chelsea as a child always wanted to grow up to be a mom. 

   They have finally been blessed with their first little girl, Emelia Shay Nelson.

   Although the pregnancy was flawless all along the way, at 35 weeks there little girl stopped moving one morning and they rushed to the hospital. Although they found their little girl with a strong heart beat and functioning organs, she was in destress and had to come to this world right away. The c-section went perfetly but their little one would not move or breath on her own. Emelia spent all her days in the NICU being well taken care of.  Test after test doctors couldn't find the answer as to why. She had specalist stumped and frustrated. MRI's and multiple tests all showed blood flow to the brain, but still no explanation as to why she wouldn't wake up.

   The sad day came when doctors had to sit Tyler and Chelsea down and tell them that their sweet girl would sadly not be recovering from the brain injury that occurred. Their little girl would not be waking up. They would not get to  take her home or watch her grow, but they will always be her parents. They still consider themselfs lucky to have had the opportuniy to spend time with her while she was here for 4 days.

   On June 1st they unhooked their little girl from her breathing tube and other machines that helped her stay alive and held her in their arms, loving her, and kissing her as she made her journey back to her heavenly home.
 
   Due to the over whelming doctor bills of trying to save Emelia, we ask our Family, Friends and all those who love and want to help this young couple, to donate and help releive this burden.
