My beloved service dog, Mooch, passed away suddenly. My heart is crushed. He helped me exist by assisting with monitoring my ventricular tachycardia, medication management, mobility assistance, and psychiatric support for almost 10 years. He was my service dog and BFF.

Now that life is demanding me to write a new chapter, please help me remain independent as much as possible. A service dog keeps me out of the hospital or other care facility, and alive. My income is just social security disability supplemented by food banks. The cost of getting an actual service dog is expensive.
