Improvements in a rural hospital in Sri Lanka

Donation protected
Dear friends and well wishers,

We have identified the need for making some Improvements in a rural hospital in the town of Ekiriyankumbura in Badulla District in Sri Lanka. There is a need to build a sheltered concrete path from the OPD building to the patient units that makes ambulance entry easy.  Currently patients have to walk or be carried over to the units on a grading gravel path.

This will tremendously benefit the patients as they pass between the OPD and the patient units.  The project is estimated at Rs. 580,672.96 (US$3200 approx).

My friend Shanaka is in Sri Lanka for two weeks so he took the pictures of the place after visiting the hospital on 23 Nov. 2019. This is an invitation to join for a collective funding. Shanaka and I will guarantee the completed work two weeks after collecting sufficient funds. Shanaka has already paid for 20 concrete poles (50k).

This has been a need for a long time but it never got materialized after making many requests to the authorities. Unfortunately, it all fell in deaf ears.
Note: If you see that we have reached our goal of 3200$, you do not need to financially contribute. Just send us your blessings. Thank you for your huge heart.

Kind regards,
Bhante Kusala/ Shanaka Weerasinghe
