My mom, brother, and I were supposed to close on a condo April 26th. However, the bank made several errors and we won't be able to close until at least June 7th. We have no one we can stay with. I have an auto immune disease (Type 1) and ended up in DKA the first night we were homeless. They said I went into DKA because of the stress. Staying at a hotel is getting too costly, but with my medical condition I can't stay in the car or will end u in the ER again and will be out of work. We need help to continue staying in the hotel immediately. We used up a lot of funds so I also need help paying for my two guinea pigs who help me emotionally. We went through all our money we had saved to get our stuff out of storage to stay in the hotel so I wouldn't end up in the ER again. Funds are needed to help get our personal belongings out of storage. We had to rent another unit as well after being displaced. Moving expenses are needed. Our first unit we are behind on because for 3 years we were living off of my moms hard earned 401k money while she waited for her disability hearing. The money went quick because she wasn’t of retirement age the government charges a penalty and withholding. Every time she withdrew money she was hit with those massive fees. We ran out of money to pay the people and have been making back payments since she was approved. We had enough for that and the closing if the date was when it was supposed to be. We have used up such funds. The amount also includes how much it would cost once paid off to have our items delivered to us. The storage unit is private and they charge around $1,500 to deliver the items. Thank you so much in advance for any help you can give. No amount is too small. We appreciate anything you can give.
