IEL Alpha Phi Alpha Hurricane Dorian Relief Fund
On September 1st 2019, two islands in the Bahamas ( Grand Bahama and Abaco) were devastated by a category 5 Hurricane Dorian. There are many person affected, some lost homes, business or both. We are raising funds to assist person in rebuilding their lives and returning to a state of normalcy.
Donations will be used to purchase but not limited to

On September 29, 2019, the General President-Bro Everett Ward, Southern Regional Vice President-Bro Kelsey Rushing, District Director of Florida Bro Marlon Ivey, Executive Consultant-Bro Gregory Philips , Bro Ron Peters-Chairman Bro Keppers Program and other Fraternity Officers, Brothers from IEL made a trip to Grand Bahama to view the impact of the storm.
While there we met with Deputy Prime Minister-Bro Peter Turnquest and Senator Kay Mitchell to get an update on recovery efforts and needs for the island. See the link below for pictures of the trip.
