Dear friends and community,

Our good friend Iain Mckay will be undergoing major neurosurgery this upcoming April 18th. The procedure is to remove a vestibular schwannoma, also known as an acoustic neuroma. Although this tumor is benign, removal is the only chance Iain has for preserving his left side hearing. As an Audio Video professional, this is crucial to his career and livelihood. While the last several months have brought unforeseen hardship, delaying the surgery would dramatically lower Iain’s chances for a successful outcome. During the recovery process, he will relearn proper balance and will be unable to generate an income. Surgical recovery is at best 2 months, but fully recovering his balance could take much longer. This is where we, as Iain’s friends and his community, must come together to offer our support and generosity. Any of you who have had the pleasure of being around Iain and enjoying his company know
