Hello Friends and Family,
During the Christmas season, we take the opportunity to reflect on the blessings we have had through the year, and the ability to spread joy to someone in need. Manerva Charities is teaming up with Metro Task Force to serve the homeless on Christmas Day.
For the last 15 years, it has been my passion to feed the homeless in Atlanta. In this time, thousands of people have enjoyed a warm meal, and been a part of a family, no matter what their circumstances. Being able to see the light that shines from within each person we served, has been beyond fulfilling.
This year, I wanted to combine our efforts with you so we can reach our goal to feed 2000 people in need. For this to be possible, we rely on the generosity of individual support.
With just a few days left until Christmas, please consider making a gift, to help us reach our goal to raise $5,000 by December 20, 2014. This will allow enough time to coordinate with Metro Task Force to ensure that we are ready to serve on Christmas Day.
Your gift will help someone in need have a place to belong on Christmas Day, share a warm meal and experience the true magic of the season!
