My name is Khaled, and I am from Gaza.

Before the war, I worked in the IT field, offering programming and digital marketing services across the Arab world. Like many young people, I had dreams — to build a future, to work hard, and to live with dignity alongside my family.

But in Gaza, dreams don’t last long.

One night, everything changed. The bombing came closer and closer to our neighborhood. We ran for our lives, searching for safety, and within minutes, the home that was once filled with laughter and love was reduced to rubble.

We lost everything in this war — our home, our belongings, our savings, and the life we once knew.

Now, all that remains is our fight to stay alive.

My father, who was already sick, was severely injured when an airstrike hit the place where my family was sheltering. He suffers from pain, hunger, and a dangerous lack of medicine and medical care. Each day without treatment puts his life at greater risk.

After months of struggle, I managed to leave Gaza with my sister on a medical escort mission, but my family is still trapped there — living in fear, with no food, no medicine, and no safe place to go.

They now live in a small tent on the street, a place unfit for human life.

Now that the war has finally ended, I am doing everything I can to save my family and get them out of Gaza.

The Rafah Crossing is expected to open in the coming days, and this could be our only chance to evacuate them to safety.

But I cannot do it alone. I urgently need help to cover the costs of travel, medical treatment, food, and temporary shelter — the basic needs that can mean the difference between life and death.

Every single donation, no matter how small, will bring me closer to saving them.

This is a race against time.
