Hurricane Harvey

My name is Sandy and from Pittsburgh. I'm writing today to help my family in Texas. Hurricane Harvey has affected my family personally. This hurricane has destroyed my family's home. My Uncle moved from Pittsburgh to Houston over 25 years ago. He has survived all the weather challenges that Houston has been through. However Harvey has unleashed its wrath. He has lost his home, his cars, and all of his belongings. My Uncle Ken, Gene, Jeremy, and the dogs were all living together. There is over 6 feet of water in their house as they escaped from the second floor and left by boat. The picture is taken from the second floor the day they were rescued. The worse part is the rain hasn't stopped, the water is still rising, and the storm will hit again. They have lost everything and need help to recover from this. They do have insurance, but they wont have anything until all the claims of Houston go through. As you can imagine getting food water and basics until the claims go through of all the people affected will be a long wait.
