Hurricane Maria Humanitarian Trip

On  Wednesday, October 25th,  fellow Trinity teacher Maria Martin and I will be traveling to Puerto Rico to provide assitance to those that are coping with the destruction of Hurricane Maria. With 90% of the island without power, we will be taking flashlights, batteries, battery operated radios, and battery operated fans. With not having electricity basic simple needs as batteries and flashlights are making a huge difference.

Additionally, Maria and I will be taking any finacial resources that we recieve in donations. These funds will be going directly to communities that we will be working with to help rebuild.

If you follow me on Facebook and/or Instagram you saw the impact that was made by your support of my trip to Kenya this past June.  Because you shared your resources, we were able to make a difference to several thousand children in Kenya.

Now, I am asking that you once more find the strength to support this humanitarian trip. You may make your donations here or bring in a donation to Trinity. We will be collecting items and money through October 23rd.

Thank you for your support,
