HURRICANE HARVEY FLOODS MUSEUM
The Butler Longhorn Museum tells the story of the Butler Longhorns, Texas, Ranching and the Butler family. It tells the story of how Texas Longhorns were on the verge of extinction. This gem of a museum is located among the oaks of League City, Texas.
Hurricane Harvey brought from 2 feet to 4 feet of water thru out the museum. Unfortunately, the picture above shows what our entire first floor looks like. Damage was done to our theatre (chairs, stage, sound system), multiple tables and chairs used for our events, Refrigerators, Rebuilding of Exhibits and Mural Artifacts, daily supplies and so very much more.
We sincerely appreciate your kind donations in helping to rebuild our museum back to it's original grandeur and in supporting our community.
