Hurricane Harvey Response Personal

I am Randall Ediger, creator of this fund, from Santa Cruz. CA.  I travelled to Houston as the Family of Friends Assessor/Scout, helped find the location for our kitchen, helped erect it, helped manage it, and cooked alongside other volunteers. I return to Houston this Thursday.  This fund is to assist in the travel expenses of volunteers travelling to assist the FFRE kitchen now located in Houston.  There are only a rare few rockstar cooks that can work in the numbers of meals that are served daily, especially in the unique  environment of a disaster.  Most of them are financially challenged to the extent that travel expenses are unapproachable.  The funds raised will be put into my bank account, then the cash will be withdrawn and taken to Houston where it will be given to the "banking committee" that is functioning at the Houston kitchen now, and the group who are running the kitchen will decide together on who will benefit from these donations.
