Hurricane Harvey: Decker Home

Port Aranasas has been devastated by Hurricane Harvey.   The home of my parents, Scott and Karen Decker, has severly flooded.  Their street is deemed impassable by the National Guard, estimated at 5-12 feet of standing water.   We do not have a photo of their home at this time because we cannot get on the island, let alone their street, but are told this by their contacts at the National Guard working on the island.
