Hi my name is Ally Shipman and my sister (Amanda) and her family (Rick, Jackson, & Colton) were devasted by the affects of Hurricane Harvey in Houston. Their house flooded on Tuesday so they had to evacuate to a friend's house. Like most people in Houston, they do not have flood insurance so they will have to pay for the repairs on the house and replace most of their personal belongings.
