Hello, my family and I live on a small farm in Calvert County, Maryland. Due to deadly Tropical Storm Isaias we were awfully stunned to find out our sole, entrance and exit from the property was fissured and split in half. Along with this huge burden there are two diabetics who are not able to leave the property, which is a major hazard for their health sake. The farm is privately owned and has no qualifications to receive state assistance.
