Dry July for Indigenous Literacy Foundation

In light of all things going on in the world we can tend to feel a bit over whelmed and hopeless.  I may not be able to change the world but I am going to do everything I can to try.

As we know, July has rolled around pretty quickly and I have decided to participate in Dry July to raise awareness and needed funds for The Indigenous Literacy Foundation.

The Indigenous Literacy Foundation is a non-for-profit charity which provides books and literacy programs to remote communities where they are needed most.
They work with more than 30 generous publishers, gift engaging, culturally relevant books to schools, libraries, playgroups, women's centres, youth centres and other service organisations that use the books in different ways.

Every child in Australia, wherever they live, has the right to thrive and to excel in education. Every child should benefit
from equity of opportunity. We can’t achieve justice for our First Peoples without setting First Nations children up to
succeed in education. Education matters, because education opens doors.

This foundation is doing incredible work and I want to continue to support them in any way I can.

Any donation big or small goes a long way. Please help me help others.
