HtiO Navajo Water Project

Water is a fundamental human right, and yet nearly 40% of the people living on the Navajo Reservation still do not have access to clean drinking water in their homes.
By raising monies, donating our labor and materials, starting with a few families initially, our vision and intention is to bring healthy drinking water to several Navajo homes.
In partnering with the non-profit Tiospaye, (501©3), our vision is to create social responsibility, sustainability, and environmental stewardship by supporting families to have access to clean water on the Navajo Reservation near Farmington, NM.
We are additionally collaborating with various community organizations, including Dig Deep, the Navajo Water Project, Village Aid, and the Tribal council to assess the needs of the community in order to have maximum impact.
Because this is such a high-need project with the drought situation of recent years, we’re focusing on highest needs families first.
It takes $5,000 to get 1 water system into each home, and hundreds of thousands to build the infrastructure to support the community at large. We are focusing on the highest needs families first. Our goal is to bring clean, running water to 5-10 homes through supplying solar-powered water systems, along with a long-term goal of expanding our water initiative into the community.
100% of your donation will support Living Vision 10 to get access to clean, running water in their homes that will leave a legacy and will benefit elders,families with children, and future generations to come.
