Help me get shelter

I’m Tyler and I’m a 20 year old trans man. I’ve been homeless for around a month in Reno, NV and a friend told me a couple weeks ago I could fly across the country to South Carolina to get an apartment here with her.  After coming to the east coast she told me that she quit her job, a sugar daddy scammed her and she had less than $30 in her bank. All of that happened over 2 weeks ago and she didn’t tell me until she saw me in person. I’m stuck without shelter and am beyond terrified and have no idea what to do. I know absolutely nobody besides her here and have $200 in my bank. All the funds from here will be spent towards the cheapest car I can find on FB marketplace for me to live in
