Houston Mutual Aid Projects by TPLF

To give some background, The People's Liberation Front is a grassroots
organization dedicated to actualizing change around Houston. TPLF's Providers committee works to gather donations and execute various mutual aid efforts in the houseless and in-need communities of Houston. A couple ongoing projects we have been working on are COVID relief boxes (including hygienic products, immune boosting vitamins, and clothes) and our two month old, Free Food Program. Free Food Program's mission is to build community by serving delicious food to people who are hungry, asking the needs/wants of the people we serve, and accommodating to them. As of right now, we have been able to distribute goods to 100 people weekly for two months. However, we find ourselves running into financial hurdles and in order to sustain these community-led efforts (and create new ones), we need donations. Please help us hit our goal by sharing this post, spreading the word, volunteering and donating!
