A House for the Tallons
Mike and I have lived in over 9 different places in our 5 years of marriage. Most of the time, we have shared a house/suite/apartment with someone else.
At the beginning of this year, we started discussing buying or building our own house here in Ryabega, Rwanda. As we have looked into it, we think that we can own our own house for the equivalent of about $20,000 Canadian.
One of the things that was frightening for us was taking on that amount of debt (considering our income, it is a large risk), and so we are hoping to raise more than half of that amount towards the house.
We are thankful for your consideration of helping us make this dream a reality. If you would like more information about the work we do, you can visit Tallons Tales.
If you care in Canada, you can make a tax-deductible donation through YWAM Project Funding and we will add it to the total. (This is also a better way for us to recieve money.) You can find instructions on how to do this here .
