House Fire Pat Davis

Pat Davis, my mother, is a STRONG woman!She has been beaten and discarded and picked herself up so many times. Shockingly, yesterday she had a fire in the basement of the house which spread up through the walls. She lost four of her five dogs, and pretty much everything she owns. She lived in the house with my niece, sister and my sisters boyfriend. They all lost everything. Their home, belongings and pets. The entire house is now smoke and water damaged. Unfortunately, mom let the home owners lapse and got behind on her taxes. She owes $16,000 in back taxes and there is nothing at all to help her start over. She is constantly giving and doing everything for everyone else, barely taking the time to do or keep anything for herself. She was a single mother taking care of her kids the best way she could. Dad left her when we were young, and then picked up and dissapeared into thin air withouth a trace. Mom pumped gas, loaded furniture into trucks, what ever she had to do to make sure my sister and I could get by. My grandparents helped her as much as they could while she stayed on the grind working her ass off her whole life. She ended up rasing 3 of her grand kids, since they were babies,doing and working to make sure they got by. She now helps do things for her great grand child. While doing and doing for everyone else she kept doing less for herself. She worked so hard and was able to pay off her mortgage and lived in the house with my niece. She took my sister and her boyfriend in as they fell behind. There were more mouths to feed and bills were adding up each day. Mom was running out of money and the taxes started backing up. Now, everything she worked so hard for was lost in that house. The house is trashed and everything left in it is damaged by the smoke and water. I am stubborn and rarely ask for help for myslef. I'm asking everyone if you could please help my mom and family in any way you can, it would be greatly appreciated.

I will take the funds and put into a savings account. We will get just essentials things she will need for now so she can start climbing from the ashes. The rest will be put into the account and help her as she needs things. One thing at a time. It started with toothbrushes and a change of clothes each. One day at a time!
