Hot water tank need a new one please help me

Hi my name is Cathy Bass and I am in need of help to get a plumber to come and install a hot water tank and to buy a new hot water tank. Please I am desperate I have no water and to hard to live without just the basics of water please anything helps even a few dollars if that is all you can help me with I can even repay you if you can just help me please thank you
