Honoring the Life of Michael Bridges

We would like to honor the life of Michael Bridges by donating in his name to organizations that support projects close to his soul.
Michael always sought refuge and found freedom on his skateboard...it was a place he could be both in control and on the edge. He also renewed his soul and felt closer to the universe while sitting in the sand, flying a kite, riding a skimboard, and on a surfboard at the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
On his 30th birthday in July, we will use these funds to make donations to The Skatepark Project and the Surfrider Foundation (Outer Banks Chapter). We feel that these two organizations embody his two passions...building skateparks as an active refuge for youth and preserving the natural beauty of the Outer Banks coastline.
We will be accepting donations until July 13, 2021 and will make the donations on his birthday on July 14th. If you would like to read more about the two organizations we have chosen to donate to, please see the links listed below.
