The life of Abraham Olatunji Jolayemi was defined by faith, compassion, integrity, and love for family and community. At the age of 77, he peacefully passed away, and our family now gathers to honor and celebrate the remarkable life he lived. He would have turned 78 in July 2026.

Our father was a faithful and devoted Christian who lived a life rooted in kindness, humility, and strong moral values. As a father, he gave his children love, guidance, and unwavering support. He believed deeply in honesty, fairness, and doing what was right, and he lived those values every day. Those who knew him remember him as a man who cared deeply about people and always encouraged others to live with integrity.

He also had a compassionate heart for those who were underprivileged. Helping others and ensuring that people around him were happy and supported mattered greatly to him. His warm spirit, wisdom, and generosity touched many lives, and his legacy will continue through the values he instilled in his family and community.

In the days leading up to his passing, our father required medical care that resulted in significant hospital expenses. The medical bill alone is approximately $78,000, in addition to taxes and other related costs. As we continue to process this loss, our family is also facing the responsibility of settling these medical expenses.

At the same time, we are preparing to give him a dignified farewell worthy of the life he lived. Our family is currently weighing the option of returning him to Nigeria so he can be laid to rest in his homeland, surrounded by family traditions and loved ones. The estimated cost for funeral arrangements and burial is approximately $26,000.

During this very difficult time, our family is humbly asking for support to help cover both the outstanding medical expenses and the funeral and burial arrangements. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will help us honor our father’s life and give him the respectful farewell he deserves.
