Hello,

My name is Sammy Rivas. I am one of 3 sons of a great, resilient man named Raul Rivas who we now need to lay to rest.

He was an amazing husband, father, brother, uncle, and grandfather. An amazing mentor who worked many years as an electrician and a helping hand to everyone who needed a repair. He lived a simple life with my mother by his side. With a good guitar and a story to tell, he was able to light up the room and bring laughter to everyone he knew. He had 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren who all knew they were his light to keep him going! Not a single day went by when my dad did not mention his grandchildren. We all loved him very much.

We are raising funds to help lay him to rest peacefully and help my mom with any leftover expenses needed. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
