Honor Stewart Burkey: Funeral Fund Assistance

Hello, My name is Elizabeth and I am setting up this Go Fund Me for a dear friend who has tragically lost her husband, Stewart Burkey. Stewart was not only a husband, but he was also a retired Military veteran who had received 2 Purple ribbons from Military combat. He was a step-father, a father, an uncle, a brother, and a son. Stewart was funny and loved to be surrounded by people. Stewart lost his life on July 26,2024. The family is asking for help with funeral expenses with Stewart having no life insurance. And the military doesn’t pay to have their veterans buried without being active in the military. Stewart loved America and the American Flag. But he also loved his wife, his children, nieces and nephews. We also ask that you also keep April and their families in your prayers as days ahead will be hard and will be an adjustment.
