Sponsorship for Student at Seminary

A few days ago, we were told about the unfortunate situation of our seminary classmate (he prefers to remain anonymous). He is about to be homeless because of outstanding funds.
He came here from Africa with a promise that he would have his way sponsored. Shortly after arriving his sponsorship fell through.
He is only allowed to work on campus, no more than 20 hours a week. His wife cannot work because of immigrantion status. They have a child that they need to feed.
He has sought help from other sponsors, local ministries, governmental agencies and his church. At this point, it seems his resources are beyond depleted and has nowhere else to turn.
He is in the red on rent, tuition, and his personal bank acount. He is not allowed to register for the next semester until he pays that balance.
He will soon be homeless and stranded if we don't do something!
How soon does he need the money? Yesterday!
This will buy him some time to work on his visa status and to provide for themselves.
I believe that as family in Christ we are obligated to help this family. Please talk to your spouse or friend and cooperate with us to give this man his dignity back and allow him to finish his calling here at Andrews University.
