Homeless Mother and Babies in Monroe, MI

Donation protected
Amanda Turner is a homeless mother of eight who is  pregnant with a ninth child.  She was compelled to flee  an abusive relationship. Her oldest child is 11; so she has a lot of young babies.  Her story was featured on the front page of the Monroe news on November 29th. Amanda is currently facing some health challenges, and she is desperately looking for housing and needs transportation badly. She enrolled in and completed  the Monroe County Community College (MCCC) Manufacturing Booth Camp, is MIOSHA certified, and simply needs an opportunity to "break the cycle" for her kids.
The funds raised will be used to help her and her kids with transportation and housing. Amanda is on bedrest now, and it would be great to exceed our goal of $6,000 in the next two months.
'Tis the season of giving, please help as we all work together to transform the lives of Amanda and her children.
Thank you all in advance for your generosity.
