Jax's Fund

Jax is a fun-loving, happy five-year-old boy. But unlike most other kids his age, the daily struggles of cerebral palsy take their toll. There’s no cure for cerebral palsy, but every year there are new advancements that give us hope that Jax will continue to overcome the odds.
 
Jax’s family needs your help. Unfortunately, the latest treatments often require significant travel and long-term stays away from home. A short trip may mean heading down to Florida, but other critical treatments are only available in Europe and Latin America. Days and weeks at a hospital far away from home are extremely tough for Jax and his family.
 
They sacrifice everything to ensure Jax gets the care he needs. But health insurance doesn’t cover most of the costs. Maybe one day it will, but for now, Jax needs us.
