Hazel Park, MI -Historic Landmark Community Church (the former Calvary Baptist Church) was damaged by high winds that cut power to a record-setting 1M Michigan residents and businesses; 857,000 are still in dark as of Thursday morning, March 9th said Senior Pastor Barry David.
The winds were so great yesterday, that our church steeple was damaged throughout the storm. We are appealing to the community and nation to help us stabilize this historic steeple which will cost upwards of $25,000 to repair.
