This is a page set up for a dear friend who has been left in an unimaginable situation. His circumstance leaves him with 3 small children, no car, no home and working to make ends meet. G.H. is in his 50's, a previous U.S. Marine, and actively living with cancer.
A few weeks ago his wife fled to another state leaving behind their 3 year old daughter and 12 month old daughter. Around that time G.H. was hit by another vehicle and totaled his truck, leaving him no transportation. Because of that, he was unable to make it to work, resulting in him losing his job. After not being able to pay rent, he was evicted from his place with only one load of items allowed. Since then, he has taken up residence with another friend. As he has been trying to work odd jobs and get his life together...a knock at the door brought yet another twist. It turned out to be his ex, with a newborn baby boy, that once again she abandoned. G.H. is overwhelmed to say the least but has not asked for a dime. He has been working, getting rides from friends, and taking care of his children the best he can, putting his own health on the back burner.
That's where we all come in...we would like to see $10,000.00 raised to go towards a reliable vehicle to get him to a steady job and his own place so the children will have a suitable home. G.H. wants to work, he loves his children, and we need him to get cancer treatment so he can be around for his children for years to come!
Please consider donating as little or as much as your heart leads you. We have been in contact with several resources, but at the end of the day it comes down to money. Money for a place to live, money for a car, money for food, money for life!
Please also know this is a man that has not asked for anything, he is doing everything he can to keep it together for his children that he loves very much and it shows!
