Adam's Outdoor Equipment

My current wheelchair has taken me far, but has finally reached its limits. My day chair had its footplate collapse and it now fully has an issue staying in place. This means every rock sends me flying out of my chair. Hiking and adventure is then put on a hold indefinitely until I get equipment that can actually handle the trails.

This is where the donations come in. I am looking to get some durable equipment that can handle even the toughest trails out there. I have spoken with several different companies, but Grit Freedom Chair has everything I need to hit the higher level trails. I originally went to a few different adaptive sports grant organizations, but most are at the end of their funding cycle and not offering any additional funds at this time. Also, exercise equipment does not fall into the "insurance will pay for it" category. The price tag is steep, just like all adaptive equipment that people with disabilities need.

I sincerely appreciate any help you can provide in getting me back out on the trailheads and thank you for making the trails accessible for all.
