Hiem & Family

Hi, my name is Emily. On behalf of my group of friends and family. We're doing this for my twin sister and her young family. 

Exactly this time, eight years ago... Hiem and Ami lost their eighteen months son due to a horrific incident and just three weeks ago… Hiem has been diagnosed with liver cancer and is currently striving to live. Doctors have advised that it’s not treatable and is currently put in palliative care at home, in the care of the family. Hiem is not doing any better and it could be any day now before he departs us, with his wife and his five children behind.

Life hasn’t been easy on them and there is nothing more we want to do but to help Ami and her family prepare for their unknown journey.

To make Ami's future a little easier we’re reaching out to everyone who might be willing to contribute any amount you can afford. 

With our parents moving in to support their family. It is very difficult as there are only two bathrooms in the house and they are both upstairs. Therefore we’ve planned to prioritise the laundry to be converted into a bathroom as the staircase isn't safe for their age. 

Fortunately, we've had much support with free labour so the excess donations will be put aside when needed to help Ami raise her five children and what the world has to install for them in the future.

Hiem has shown some likening to the bathroom idea on the ground floor as it requires multiple people to get him upstairs to bathe so the more days we’re blessed with his presence, life can be easier.
