Hidden Warriors CIC supports families that experience struggle and conflict within the Veterans community and others.
This fundraiser will help to support the work that we carry out but also raise funds for the Children's Mental Health Charity Place2Be.
Mental health is very important and almost everyone will know someone that will have had their own mental health challenges in the last 12 months due to Covid. Children will be no different with school closures and a massive change to their normal routine.
This fundraiser hopes to raise important funds but also get people talking about their mental health.
For 7 days Gavin Tuach (Hidden Warriors CIC Director) will carry a 16kg Kettlebell everywhere he goes and must exceed 10,000 steps per day. The weight of the kettlebell is to signify the weight that someone may feel with mental health challenges.
