Hidden Treasures Foundation

Hidden Treasures Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization located in Escondido, CA that will be providing residential therapeutic services to teenage girls who are victims of commercial sexual exploitation and referred to our agency through child welfare services and probation. We are in the final stages of opening our Escondido home and are asking the community to join in our mission of providing a safe environment for these vulnerable youth to begin their healing process.

We are currently seeking sponsors to assist us with the purchase of a van for our home. Our agency van will be used to transport the youth to doctors, dentist and therapy appointments as well as visitation with family or prospective family placements, and involvement in extra-curricular and supportive activities. Our goal is to raise $15,000 before our anticipated opening in August 2019. If by chance we exceed our goal, excess funds will be put towards planned activities for the youth (horseback riding, martial arts, dancing) and operating costs of the home (purchase of food, clothing, supplies).

San Diego is on the FBI’s list as one of the top 13 highest sex trafficking areas in the country.
