"Family Faces Detention: Charged with Alleged Child Trafficking for Over 6 Months" With no bail, no proper investigations, no care for the children.

Hi.My name is Elizabeth and I’m fund raising on behalf of the Captive warrior’s Rescuers

Irene Jonny Joseph aka MAMA SOLDIER is the founder of CWR. Along side her husband Awona Bayim Joseph Celestine. For the past 9 years they have devoted their efforts to philanthropic endeavours in Sudan. Their initiatives have included providing sustenance to the underprivileged, distributing medical supplies to communities in need, offering shelter to the homeless, and organising educational and motivational activities for children, among various other humanitarian pursuits. Over time, Mama Soldier has undertaken the commendable task of rescuing nine children from precarious situations, encompassing instances where parental figures are absent, guardians and relatives are unable to provide care, and cases of child abuse and molestation. The names of these children are as follows:

1.IMAN 2.ANGEL 3.RAJAH 4.REIAK 5.DIVINE 6.BARAKA 7.CHOOSINA 8.JUBILEE 9.SABRINE

Mama Soldier has been a steadfast source of hope for these children, fostering a secure and nurturing environment, ensuring access to education, and instilling crucial life values. Her dedicated efforts have been meticulously documented on the Captive Warriors Rescuers Facebook page.

Regrettably, the outbreak of war in Sudan on April 15, 2023, compelled Mama Soldier and her family, along with 42 others, to seek refuge in Port Sudan. Despite an initial visit by the United Nations, subsequent communication and assistance have been lacking. The escalating cost of living in the region prompted Irene to relocate, endeavouring to secure a stable environment for the children to continue their lives and education.

Upon reaching the Chad borders, Irene and her family encountered adversity as they were detained by Chad border control officers and subsequently charged with child trafficking. Presently, they endure substandard living conditions, insufficient provisions leading to health issues, a lack of medical care, and potential legal consequences.

ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RELEASED.

Irene and her family are not traffickers; they are compassionate rescuers who have provided unwavering love and hope to the children under their care. A review of the evidence available on the Captive Warriors Facebook page will substantiate the noble intentions behind their actions.

Your expeditious intervention holds the potential to significantly impact the safety and well-being of Irene Johnny Joseph and her family.
Your donations will cover legal costs and provisions towards their welfare.
