Herbal Calendars to benefit Native COVID Relief

We are raising money for an herbal calendar project to benefit Native COVID relief. After printing, all proceeds will go to First Nations’ COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund. 

Kaia and I wanted to create something beautiful and life-giving in the midst of all the chaos that was 2020. We came up with the idea of an herbal calendar, combining my stories and her illustrations. The result is a vibrant tribute to resilience.  This 2021 wall calendar features portraits of 12 medicinal herbs, as well as coming-of-age tales of healing.

Each calendar costs about $16 to print and ship. Please donate $22 or more to order a calendar. All proceeds above the cost of printing and shipping will be donated to Native COVID relief. IMPORTANT: We will email you to get your address for shipping. Please respond to this email to receive your calendar. 

We will keep you notified as to our progress! We will be collecting orders until the end of the year, and sending calendars out in January. 

Kaia Ivry is an artist and dancer residing in Alma, Wisconsin and Gaia Thomas is a poet living in San Carlos, California. Both are longtime herbal medicine enthusiasts.
