Help Henderson Family After Devastating House Fire

On June 11, 2022, long time Encinitas Family, Tom & Jean Henderson, lost everything in a fire that started in the guest room of the home in which they raised their three adult children: John, Patrick & Mary. Thankfully, no one was injured - including the family dog.

 

As a small business owner working from home (www.HendersonRecruiting.com), the blaze destroyed not only all of their possessions, but took with it the means with which they rebuild their Northview/Village Park residence of 35+ years.

 

The Hendersons’ longtime community involvement for over the last three decades has made them familiar faces to countless locals both here in Encinitas and the greater San Diego area alike.

 

Incredibly active in their church and kids’ school, St. John the Evangelist, as well as with The Friendly Sons of St. Patrick, Encinitas Little League, Knights of Columbus (Special Olympics, Christmas Tree Lot & Convalescent Christmas Caroling) among others, they’re also well known for hosting infamous Notre Dame football game watches at the house on Saturdays every fall.

 

We are asking our community to help support this amazing family recoup, repair and recover any substantial out of pocket expenses as they rebuild during the most challenging time of their lives.
