Sheila Breen-Keller Recovery Fund

Donation protected
My Aunt Sheila Breen-Keller has sadly lost her home and all of the family's belongings in the devasting fire that ravaged through Napa and Santa Rosa areas on Monday, October 9th, 2017.

They had little warning and time to evacuate as the fire rapidly crossed over the freeway and into their neighborhood around 2am Monday morning.

We are blessed that Sheila and her son Daniel Keller, who were home at the time of the fire, were able to safely evacuate with their beloved dog & cats. However they are now dealing with the loss of their home.

They need support from family, friends, and anyone who wants to help others in a time of need.

Sheila's son and daughter Daniel & Katherine Keller have also lost all of their belongings aside from a few items of clothing.

Sheila and her daughter had been recently collecting items for Katherine's baby girl that is due in February. Sadly they lost those items in the fire as well.

It is truly heart-breaking to loose things that are just irreplaceable, including a place you’ve called home for decades. It was 27 years ago that Sheila and her neighbors built their houses together and now together they feel devasted.

It's hard to estimate the need and cost to recover from a tragedy like this, but I am estimating 6months of living and unforeseen expenses to help them recover.

Of course they also could use our prayers in this difficult time. There is a need for non-monetary donations like clothes, pet food, and toiletries as well. We will update as the days  go on and as their immediate needs are determined. So, please stay connected and follow the campaign if you want to contribute now and in the future.

Any contribution amount is a blessing. So, even if all you can give is prayer & kinds words of support,  it is very much appreciated!

During this difficult time there are many good people in need of other good people. Our hearts go out to all of their neighbors on Frida Street and the surrounding areas that were affected by this tragic fire.

If you want to help others in the area there are several organizations assisting. Check the links below, thank you!
