Roman Bellmer Financial Assistance

Baby Roman James came into the world 3 weeks early. After inducing labor it was found he was breach and had to be delivered cesarean. It was known he would require heart surgery as soon as he was born and was rushed to Nationwide Children's Hospital immediately to be operated on. He will require continued medical care for some time to come. As soon as Cheyenne is released from Riverside she will stay at the Ronald McDonald house to be near her son. We are asking for donations to help with the costs of commuting to and from Columbus, all the added costs placed on the Mother and Father with this, and Cheyenne not being able to return to work as long as her baby is in need of care. Roman has undergone Tapvr surgery already and will remain at Children's at least a month. He will require follow up surgery in 3-4 months and DORV surgery within the year. As you can see, all of this is very hard on the new loving parents. The very least we can do is try to alleviate the stress and worry associated with cost. Not to mention expressing our love and support for them.
